The day Phobia and Indulgence came together.

I have a intense phobia of fish. Not eating them, I certainly have no problems with that. My fear is of being in the water with them.

But, J is a lover of snorkelling and scuba.

Whilst back in Singapore, we found out about
Sentosa's Fish Reflexology at the Underwater World.

I LOVE Reflexology.

To one day be able to overcome my fear and enjoy snorkelling/scuba-ing with J is a dream of mine.

This fish spa gave me the perfect opportunity to take a little step in achieving my dream but at the same time rewarded me with 20 minutes of reflex.

My mum came along which help made it less scary because I asked her to put HER hand in first!

I was sweating in my undies and my heart was pounding the first time I put my hand in. After awhile, the fish were my friends and they were eating dirt off my feet!

I could do this fish spa thing more often...

Scone Gone or Scone Cone, either way, its Yummy!

After a rather long but divine holiday, evildoof returns.

For those who do not already know, I'm currently back at Cordon Bleu enrolled in patisserie. Classes started today and we begun the semester with Scones!

Scones come in a delightful variety of flavours such as date scones, fruit scones or savoury cheese scones. However, my favourite is still the traditional English Milk Scones.

The basic ingredients are butter, sugar, milk and the key rising agent baking powder (which gives scones its fluffyness).

They are best eaten freshly baked, warm and with some homemade strawberry jam and luscious whipped cream.
