Apologies

Sorry for the sudden hiatus. Life got the better of my blogging and I have been bogged down with too many things to do.

For a start, I will be trans-continent moving which can be quite exasperating. After living in Sydney for 7 years, it is time to part-ways with this beautiful city and return to my motherland, the clean and green Singapore. I will definately miss the sunshine, beaches and many wonderful food joints.

But I am certain l will also find much pleasure in being able to buy Cheng Tng ( a local dessert soup made with dried longans and various little tid bits like agar agar, candied winter melon and gingko nuts)

In the midst of this trans-continental shift, I will also be having exams next week.

And in the midst of this trans-continental shift and exam preparations. J and myself have also been putting together the itinerary for our S.E.A backpacking trip. Which I !!!!!! can't wait for.

We will be making our way through Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia & Vietnam. More about this trip in the future.

In the meantime, please bear with me if I don't regularly post.

I've added a few snapshots of what I've been up to at school in this post. The roses were made with white chocolate modelling paste. And the collections of chocolates include nougat montelimar, pate de fruits and pistachio & coffee marzipan dipped chocolates. Enjoy!

Lots of love
Marianne
